An online training session was held on September 19, 2025, in collaboration with the Civil Service Council, for managers and officers responsible for human resources and the HR electronic system at land relations, construction, and urban development departments in 21 provinces, as well as the capital city’s urban planning office.The training provided a comprehensive introduction to the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS), covering its core functionalities, personnel registration, job descriptions, organizational structure, and module operations. Participants received detailed guidance on daily system usage and were equipped with enhanced knowledge and skills to effectively operate and utilize the system in their routine work.
